Symptom of Sameness

Ella served as the director and producer of the thought-provoking documentary short Symptom of Sameness. This film, shortlisted in multiple international film festivals, delves into the widespread prevalence of monoculture (single-crop farming) in America. By following the journeys of Albert Zielinski and Emily Bondor, the film sheds light on the challenges associated with monoculture, including the decline of pollinators, soil degradation, water contamination, intensive use of chemicals, and social inequity within our food system.
